Dear Customers, even though we may not want to be aware of the fact - we can surely say that every year passes by quicker than the previous one. Whether it is due to the fact that everything has become more short lived; let us accept this as a given at this point. Fact is that we all are absorbing more information more rapidly, have to process and apply it faster and faster than this was the case 10 years ago. Be it the cell phone which makes us available at all times or the internet and its offspring, namely email, which may be received anywhere and at all times due to the onslaught of the smartphone - information reaches us with the speed of light or sound and the sender expects an accordingly rapid response or action. What is really astonishing is the fact that although we are able to stop this flood of information by ourselves simply by turning off our cell phone or stopping the reception of emails on our smartphone, only few actually do it. Most people may be described as actual addicts - one does not want to be left out of the information loop. One sees it as an advantage to be available at any given point in time. That this behavior actually leads to putting one self under permanent pressure is usually noticed only by the time it is too late. This leads to more and more people suffering from the so-called burn-out syndrome, not something to be taken lightly and something that leads to the affected having to change their life-style quite drastically. One can therefore, especially during this time of year, only recommend the following: put your cell phone aside once in a while and put the time gained to good use. Reflect upon this past year and spend some peaceful time with family and friends! We wish you a merry holiday season and an especially healthy, happy and successful year 2012!

New Price List |
After having kept prices stable for over 18 months we have had to account for price development on the raw materials market as well as the price increases passed on to us by all of our suppliers. As a result we have had to adjust our prices and will have a new price list effective January 1, 2012. |

New Catalog |
Every other year we come out with a new edition of our catalog. For our latest edition we maintained the general layout of the current edition, that is in three languages and sorted by product line. Otherwise there have been some changes regarding the content as we have some new products, the last of which were introduced at the CMS 2011 in Berlin. In addition a number of our suppliers have made some optical changes to their products and some machines and accessories were removed or replaced in their respective programs. All of these changes have been considered and implemented in our new catalog. Last but not least we too decided to remove and or replace some machines and accessories. All of these changes will be mentioned in the rest of this latest edition of CEBE News! |

New in our Program - CEBEzon |
We have successfully been selling ozone generators especially for use in damage restoration for more than 25 years. In this time we have always had certain areas of use where the generators did not quite celebrate the same degree of success, mainly due to their size and weight. We have now found a manufacturer that offers excellent generators in a size and with a weight where we are absolutely convinced that they will conquer these markets. These generators are small but one should not underestimate their ability. The smallest model may begin at 100mg/hour, its three bigger brothers, however, all identical in size and weight, are able to produce 500mg, 3g, or 6g of ozone per hour! This actually gives these generators the ability to be used even in the field of fire damage restoration where larger concentrations of ozone are required. |

The smallest unit, CEBEzon 100, has a mass of only 790g and measures 196 x 113 x 85 mm. The three larger models are identical in size with dimensions of 270 x 180 x 160 mm and they all weigh 2.6 kg. |

In spite of their low mass these units are robust - in place of the glass tubes the ozone is generated across a ceramic plate, the only wearing part in the unit. These generators are also easy to clean and maintain - a fact that we placed great importance in as this is also a big advantage of the Sonozaire® generators. With the CEBEzon generators one can eliminate slight to extreme odour problems - in hotels, gastronomy, cars, waste storage rooms, and sanitary areas. At this point we would like to emphasize that the CEBEzon generators are an addition to the well proven Sonozaire® ozone generators in order to fulfill requirements of other areas of use thereby covering the broad field of application more effectively. |

After extensive market research and the necessary testing we have successfully made a quantum leap in regards to our UV lamp. The UV lamp UV-XL is not only more modern in its appearance, it is also much more powerful. In most cases it is not even necessary to reduce the lighting so that the user can detect urine stains on carpet even under normal lighting conditions. |

Same strong products in a lighter outfit |
At the CMS 2011 in Berlin we already introduced our successful Destainer and our well-proven Spotting Kit in a new outfit. Now our Smoke Box has also received a new outer appearance - the robust but considerably lighter case made of plastic virtually cried out to be taken as it also received a very positive resonance from you with both products mentioned above. However, the size of this case dictated that we reduce the size of the content - a slim-fast treatment for all liquid products ensued. All of these are now contained in 0.5 litre bottles. The content has otherwise remained identical, that is our Wood Creme Restorer in an 800g can, Chemical Sponge, Chloride Quick Test and Distilled Water all in the same size as before. |

Our well proven single disc machine C43 has not only received a new name but also an optical makeover in the past 2 years. In addition to this some improvements were also made one of which is a new handle which allows the user to get a better grip on the machine. Not only does the operator have a better grip, it is also more ergonomic. In addition the Single 43 has a new oval shaped pole with a reinforced shaft as well as enlarged wheels making the machine even more resilient. Its strong motor coupled with a planetary drive give it maximum performance with optimal weight distribution. |

In our last issue we already introduced them: our show novelties Lemon Fresh Ammonia, Limporo, Silk Shine! Because they are so good we would like to repeat this introduction. Lemon Fresh Ammonia is a highly concentrated all-purpose cleaner which contains a high level of ammonia. This strong but volatile alkalinity makes the product an ideal neutralizer even able to combat butyric acid, a substance often used in vandalism. |

Limporo is a surfactant-free cleaner which is ideally suited for fine pore structures. The absence of surfactants prevents clogging of the pores. When applied with a microfibre pad or mop it efficiently cleans fine stone ware as well. |
